NOTICE TO ALL STUDENTS

WE WISH TO BRING TO THE ATTENTION OF ALL STUDENTS OF THE ACCRA CITY CAMPUS THE FOLLOWING CHANGES STARTING FROM THE 2018/2019 ACADEMIC YEAR



REGISTRATION

FOLLOWING A MEMO FROM THE OFFICE OF THE PRO VC (ASA), ALL STUDENTS WITHOUT REGISTRATION AFTER THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION WILL HAVE TO WRITE TO THE OFFICE OF THE PRO VC (ASA). THE LETTER SHOULD GIVE THE REASONS WHY HE/SHE WAS NOT ABLE TO REGISTER. THIS MEANS THAT NO LATE REGISTRATION OF STUDENTS WILL BE DONE ON THE ACCRA CITY CAMPUS.



RESIT AND SUPPLEMENTARY RESIT

PAYMENT FOR RESIT AND SUPPLEMENTARY RESIT REGISTRATION SHOULD BE DONE AT:

1. THE MAIN CAMPUS: CASH OFFICE

2. ONLINE AT : https://www.ug.edu.gh/freshers/payment-information-ghanaian-students

AFTER PAYMENT, ACCESS WILL BE GRANTED TO STUDENTS TO REGISTER.



THEREFORE FROM THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE 2018/2019 ACADEMIC YEAR THE FOLLOWING SERVICES WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE:

1. REQUEST FOR LATE REGISTRATION THROUGH THE OFFICE OF THE PRINCIPAL

2. DEPOSIT OF PAYMENT RECEIPTS FOR RESIT AND SUPPLEMENTARY RESIT AT THE ACADEMIC OFFICE FOR REGISTRATION.



IT IS OUR HOPE THAT ALL STUDENTS WILL COMPLY WITH THESE NEW DIRECTIVES FOR A SUCCESSFUL ACADEMIC YEAR.
