• You must register to use it for the first time.
• Your Library Patron Barcode provides online remote access to the e-resources and your UGCat library record.

Your barcode is made up of your Student  and your date of birth

• Example: #DDMONYYYY where
  • # is Student ID eg 10286397
  • DD is two digits for the day eg 08, 15
  • MON is first three letters of the month eg OCT, JUN
  • YYYY is the year in full eg 1957, 1979
